More and more events now have two audiences at once: the people in the room, and the people joining from somewhere else. Getting both of them the same moment at the same time is not a software problem. It is the kind of job you need people on the ground for.

What we run

Every part of the show, handled by one team.

Keynotes, panels, and hybrid conferences, from a single ballroom to a multi-room trade show. Cameras, switching, audio, and the stream, run by the same crew from our base in Ottawa.

Hybrid & Streaming

One event, two audiences.

Half your people are in the room and half are on a link. We run both as one show: the stream carries the same program the room sees, remote presenters broadcast clearly, and questions go both ways.

Performance Capture

Music, captured as it sounds.

Concerts, recitals, and choir performances, recorded with professional cameras and audio. Every performance is captured in full, then carefully mixed and broadcast to preserve the sound and atmosphere of the room.

How we work

How we build your event package.

Phase 01
Scope the room

Before anything gets quoted we look at the space: sight lines, ceiling height, where power and network actually are, and what the venue will and will not let us rig. That walkthrough is what decides camera positions, screen sizes, and how many people we need on the floor. It is also where most of the surprises get removed.

Phase 02
Cameras & switching

Camera count follows the room, not a package tier. A single keynote can be two positions; a full-day conference with breakouts runs more. Everything cuts live through one switcher so what goes to the screens, the stream, and the recording is the same show.

Phase 03
Audio & mics

Audio is the half people notice when it fails. We bring our own wireless for presenters, panels, and floor questions rather than relying on whatever is in the room, and we take a clean feed off the house system where one exists. Every source is recorded separately as well as mixed.

Phase 04
Stream & hybrid

If people are joining remotely, they get the program feed, not a phone on a tripod at the back. Remote presenters are brought into the room the same way, on the screens and through the PA. We test the whole path on your platform before the doors open.

Phase 05
Show day

On the day the crew is in early, the room is set, and one person owns the show. Speakers get confidence monitors and playback so they are never guessing what is on screen behind them. You get the recordings after, cut to whatever you asked for in the scope.

Case study · DistillerSR

Short notice, full house.

One team took the whole room rather than stitching it together from several: multi-camera videography, audio, livestream integration, and event photography. The room at Landmark and the team joining remotely got the same event at the same time.

Working with Zach and his team at Capital Arts to capture our 2026 Corporate Kickoff was a great decision. Zach was responsive, professional, and detail-oriented. The finished videos and photos were high quality, and the ease with which the AV production was managed made our internal team's job much easier.

Common Questions

Before the doors open

It depends on our schedule and availability, but we can often accommodate short timelines, from a few days to a few weeks, depending on the scope. Larger productions may require more lead time. Let us know the date, even if the details aren't finalized yet.

We use as many cameras as the production calls for. A keynote may need two or three positions, while a panel or fireside chat may require additional cameras to capture each speaker clearly. We'll determine the right setup based on the room, format, and final deliverables.

Yes. We can stream to the platform your event already uses, including corporate meetings and webinar platforms. If you don't have a streaming platform set up, we can recommend one and handle the setup for you.

Yes. We bring professional wireless microphones for presenters, panels, and audience questions, along with podium and boom mic options. If the venue has a suitable house audio system, we can use it for simplicity, or provide our own sound distribution system when needed.

Regularly. Most venues and conference centres have an in-house or contracted AV provider, and we plan around them rather than over them: they own the room systems, we own the cameras, the switch, and the stream. We also partner with other live production companies when an event needs a bigger floor crew than one team.

Yes, and more than the raw stream. A typical event package comes back as recordings of the full presentations plus the edited pieces you asked for in the scope, which can include a sizzle reel, a recap video, and a photo gallery. Project files are typically retained for 90 days after final delivery. We'll notify you before any files are deleted, and your final deliverables are archived indefinitely whenever possible.
